Over the last 26 years, Valerie has dedicated the majority of her legal career to practicing family law in Connecticut before relocating to Colorado in July 2021. Whether handling high-conflict custody disputes, advising on asset division, or negotiating settlements, Valerie is committed to results-driven legal representation.

Carrie has specialized as a paralegal in family law for more than 20 years. She enjoys assisting people at a pivotal turning point in their lives and appreciates being part of team that is instrumental in working alongside clients to achieve a positive outcome.
Carrie was in the marketing and advertising industry for over a decade before making the shift to the legal field. Her undergraduate work was completed at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois; she worked on her Master’s Degree at the University of Northern Colorado; and received her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies at Pikes Peak State College.

Paralegal
Scott has extensive experience as a paralegal in many areas of law which he now applies to estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases. Scott brings a high degree of organization and detail-orientation to the Dailey Law team, and he enjoys helping clients through the collaborative nature of estate planning.
Originally from the Midwest, Scott earned his undergraduate degree from Ball Sate University in Muncie, Indiana. He received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana where he discovered his interest in using his legal acumen to make a lasting difference in clients’ lives.
