Owner/Attorney
Lisa M. Dailey
Lisa has strong roots in the local community, having lived in Colorado most of her life where she attended high school, college, and law school. Her practice reflects the relationships she has cultivated through her neighborhood and wider community connections.
Lisa’s father, Gary F. Dailey, moved to Colorado and opened a law office in the early 1960’s and continuously represented clients and their family members until he retired in 2019. Lisa enjoys representing many of those same family members with dedication, compassion, and services tailored to their specific needs which has been the hallmark of her practice for the past nearly 40 years.
Dailey Law is located in the rapidly expanding, vibrant downtown Colorado Springs neighborhood in the building which has been home to the law office for more than 50 years. Lisa enjoys supporting local business as well as art, music, and sports in the community. The office frequently features the work of local artists and is used as a gathering place for educational seminars and community connection.
Lisa spent many hours growing up riding horses in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities. She loves to travel and has been to Peru, Iceland, and the Netherlands among many other interesting locales, but always looks forward to returning home to Colorado.

Lisa’s Philosophy
The Choice is Yours
Only you can decide whether a divorce, premarital agreement, or other legal action is right for you. Lisa will help you explore your options based on years of experience to determine the best timing and course of action.
Client Focused Service
No two clients or cases are the same. Lisa strives to provide excellent service to meet the needs of each of her clients from staffing to advocacy. She is compassionate, detailed oriented, and ethical.
Realistic Goals Within the Bounds of the Law
Contrary to popular belief, divorce is not a battle to be fought and/or won by attorneys. Lisa educates clients about the law and their dispute resolution options and helps them create the most efficient process to meet their goals within the bounds of the law.
Future Security
Lisa helps clients ensure that their affairs are in order whether planning for an upcoming marriage or the administration of their estate upon death. Premarital agreements and detailed estate plan documents provide clients with many opportunities to clarify and control future outcomes.

Every situation is unique, and we’re here to help you understand your options. Whether you’re planning for the future or facing a family transition, a consultation is the first step toward clarity and peace of mind. Contact Dailey Law to schedule a time to talk—we’ll listen, answer your questions, and help you decide what comes next.
