Lindsay is an attorney with a wide range of legal, trial, negotiation, and litigation experience. She began her career as a prosecutor, handling dependency, criminal (felonies and misdemeanors), and delinquency cases.
She now specializes in family law and estate planning. She has a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate complex legal matters and in planning for their future to ensure their assets are protected and their wishes are honored. Lindsay enjoys assisting clients in making decisions for their family and future, while helping to ease their anxiety about the legal system or process.
Beyond providing legal advice, she is a listening ear, compassionate to the specific needs of each of her clients, and strives to provide personalized solutions.

With a strong background in litigation, Valerie has successfully represented clients in both negotiated settlements and courtroom proceedings. She specializes in providing personalized attention to clients and believes that the best representation comes from a clear understanding of each person’s unique needs and goals.
Over the last 26 years, Valerie has dedicated the majority of her legal career to practicing family law in Connecticut before relocating to Colorado in July 2021. Whether handling high-conflict custody disputes, advising on asset division, or negotiating settlements, Valerie is committed to results-driven legal representation.

Carrie has specialized as a paralegal in family law for more than 20 years. She enjoys assisting people at a pivotal turning point in their lives and appreciates being part of team that is instrumental in working alongside clients to achieve a positive outcome.
Carrie was in the marketing and advertising industry for over a decade before making the shift to the legal field. Her undergraduate work was completed at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois; she worked on her Master’s Degree at the University of Northern Colorado; and received her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies at Pikes Peak State College.
